Display Jira Release Dashboard in Confluence

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Is it possible to replicate the Jira Releases to be displayed on confluence? I want to display the progress and individual issues and their status. I am unable to utilize any plug-ins, I can only use the macros and what is standard for Confluence v6.13.4 and we are on Jira instance v8.5.3.
