Rising Stars are recognized for providing high-quality answers to other users. Rising Stars receive a certificate of achievement and are on the path to becoming Community Champions.
I'm not aware of a method through the interface but you can certainly open a ticket with Atlassian Support and request that they login to the server hosuing your instance and check how large your attachments directory is.
