Discrepency between field content in JIRA and extract pulled from JIRA

We identified an anomaly with on an extract from Jira.

The date we have set on fields such as Target Start and Target End in a record in Jira are showing up in the extract as the prior day with an 8PM time added.

Example:

The dates for “Target start” and “Target End” are displayed on Record MTA-2831 as “June/30/2020” as was selected.

But the spreadsheet extract (attached) contains: Jun/29/20 8:00 PM

Is there a reason why, or a solution for this to show the correct date? thanks!

Hi @Sharee Khaldi -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

This appears to be a known defect for JIRA Server, which you can review and watch for updates here:

Target Start and End fields are exported with timezone shift
