Discrepancy in Big Picture : Scope View

Hello Team,

One of the task(UI Implementation) is marked as “Done” Status. However, we don’t see it getting reflected in the Big Picture “Scope” view.

It is showing as “IN PROGRESS” status in Status[Children Status Categories in %] Field.
Even after clicking "resync" option its not reflectingscope1.PNG scope2.PNG .

Hi @Pradeep

In this situation, I would recommend clearing the plug-in cache. You will find this option in App Configuration >> Advanced >> Technical Info >> Clear Cache.

If the recommended action does not trigger synchronization, please contact our Service Desk, providing us with more details (preferably supported by screenshots).
