Why do we have discrepancies in rounding up dates in Jira tickets? On 31/10/2022 at 09:50, I checked dates in two places of a ticket and rounding is showing different days, even though, it's the same date and only 45 minutes of difference:

I'm guessing it's a bug, but maybe there is some deep meaning I can't see.
I envisage it can depend on the time - which might not be in your specific timezone, depending on Jira's settings.
Although this is a bit of a guess - I'd recommend contacting Atlassian via https://support.atlassian.com/ and getting them to review your specific instance for this.
