Disconnect between time logged on subtasks and what is shown in the time tracking module?

Hello,

We have a seen on a disconnect between time that is logged on subtasks and what is shown in the time tracking module. 

When logging time on subtasks, it is not rolling up to the parent ticket. 


Here is an example of a parent ticket 
It has a rough size of 3 days and an original estimate of 3 days.

Here is the time tracking module for that same parent ticket.

6 hours of work were logged on subtasks (which do not have original estimates on them).  I would expect that the time logged should subtract from the time remaining.
