I do see the same behavior and it's not browser dependent. At this time I would submit feedback via the feedback link in Cloud:
Let the Cloud Engineers know you dislike this behavior and hopefully they can change it in the future. In regards to rolling back, take a look at the screenshot above and you should have an option to "Turn Off for Now."
Note: Not all instance will be able to disable this new view due to the fact that this is rolling out permanently in the very near future.
