Disable user-installed app auto update

Hello,

I noticed that the audit-log for my apps show that the user-installed apps have been auto updated. From my searching, apparently there's supposed to be an option to disable that in the app settings dialog.

Is this something that is no longer available? All I'm seeing in that dialog is Enable Private Listings and Enable Development Mode.

I am not sure if the feature to disable app update is available for JIRA Cloud. I remember seeing it in the JIRA Data Center v7.x version I worked with a few years ago. But I can't find anything so far that explicitly says the option is or is not available for JIRA Cloud.
