How can I turn off the requirement for entering "time spent" in Jira Agile? I want to keep "time remaining", but only that.

Since entering 0 is not allowed, there's no good workaround and we don't want to enforce that kind of time tracking.

It looks similar, but I don't know what this "Tempo" thing is. I just want to be able to say how much time is left without having to track actuals, as actuals add no value to my project.
