Disable ticket creation from Move event

Hello,

I want to restrict tickets creation in a project except certain issuetypes, we have multiple workflows associated with multiple issuetypes and adding validators at the workflow create transition is restricting the creation.

But validators are not working if someone is moving issue from another project.

I also tried with "issue security scheme", but without success.

Can someone please help on how to achieve this restriction.

Hi @NCSC CEO

Look at you permission scheme and make sure nobody have the move issue permission. To move an issue in a project B you need to have the create issue permission in project b.

Thank you for the reply.

Move permmission is already disabled in taget project(Say Project A) to not to move any issues out of it, we don't want any issues from other projects to move into Project A.

I can't remove create permission from Project A, as we are restricting new issues for certain issuetypes and can't remove move permissions in other projects, as we still want other projects to communicate each other(we have 200+ projects).
