Hi,
I have a space set up with 3 Kanban boards representing 3 stages of work (planning, development, design). I have intentionally created different statuses for each board, with work items moving between boards corresponding to the statuses transitioning. This is working properly, however, I keep getting the truly annoying pop-ups as follows:
Hi @Ubaroz
This is as is behaviour and can't be removed.
If you create an issue when view in a board the message is given to understand the this issue is created, but not visible on the board you are currently viewing.
This to no have users asking; where is my just created issue, I can't see it on the board?
Hi Marc,
Thank you for responding.
I understand the underlying reason for the pop up warning, which is indeed useful in many cases. However, when the intended behavior is as I described, the pop up becomes unhelpful and even worse.
There should be a middle ground for solving this, but the pop up is just a symptom, since the underlying logic is both correct and supported by Jira itself, so why warn about it? In other words, disabling the pop up (through config) could help and maybe should be supported regardless, but addressing the fact Jira is warning the Admin about something intentional is very problematic.
Lastly - any workarounds or suggestions?
Thanks
