Disable plus button in time tracking panel

How can we disable plus button in time tracking panel of issue view? We are logging work only by transitions and users should not be able to enter data by another methods. View Issue Ops Bar Work Link (log-work) module is already disabled.

Remove the permission for a user to log work.

If we remove permission to log work then users also can not log work through a transition.
Found module webfragments.view.issue.timetracking.create.worklog in Atlassian JIRA - Plugins - View Issue Panels. After disabling it and View Issue Ops Bar Work Link in Issue Operations Plugin all known default JIRA buttons for log work are removed and users can log work only by transition.

The question is settled.

I assumed you'd coded to bypass the permission, which would be a lot better than hacking the core code.
