Disable mail notification based on Custom field

Hi Team,

I just want to restrict notification for single custom field when it's value get updated but rest of other notification should work when ever any other changes happened to issue as per Issue Update Notification scheme

I did some checking, and I was unable to find any method that would stop notifications for changes done to specific custom field.

Does anyone know how to achieve this ?

Hi @Soumya Subudhi ,

there is no notification based on a field. Btw, you can define a specific transition in the workflow with a screen containing that field and use a specific custom event.

That field should not on the edit screen and the custom event should have no notification associated in the related notification scheme.

That should be the trick.
