Disable comments collapsing in OnDemand Jira?

I've seen this page, https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/Disable+comment+auto+collapse+in+JIRA, but it seems to be specific to a local install of Jira. Is there a way to disable comments collapsing for the hosted OnDemand Jira?

Hi John,

Can you try to increase value of the following property under Advanced Settings

The property name is "jira.comment.collapsing.minimum.hidden"
