Disable admin?

Hello, 

I was the admin responsible for initial setup and management of Jira. At this time I have moved beyond that role, and need to disable my account and transfer ownership of our instance to our VP of engineering. However, the disable button for my account under user administration is unavailable (greyed out) How can I disable my account?

Remove yourself from the jira-administrator group and add the newmember in it.

Ask him to disable your account (i.e. if you do not want to log into JIRA anymore)
