Disable Writing Assistant in Jira

How do I turn Writing Assistant off when I am adding a note against a Jira ticket?

The thing is I know what I want to write and it is just getting in the way. Aslo does the technology use what I write to populate it's models?

Tried that, I have clicked "Unsubscribe from all" and will wait until next week, but it is disapointing that AI is being forced on me when I don't want it.
