Disable Comments on Issues After closed for Certain Period

Hey all, is it possible to disable commenting on an issue that has been closed for a certain period of time? Example, say I close an issue today, but would like the ability to comment on it within a 7 day period after it was closed. After the 7 day period, it should no longer be able to comment on the issue.

Also, is there any way to manually disable comments for a specific issue?

You can disable comments only by user group using the status properties
