Difficulty in downgrading form premium trial to standard

Hello ,

I just signed up for a free trial version of jira and they automatically set me up for premium at no cost for 30 days. But I will never be on premium to begin with and I just don't want to waste my time exploring those features. I am trying to downgrade my trial version to either free or standard, it has become so frustrating to do so and the website keeps send me to the same page for a solution. 
Help me with this or I go somewhere else with my business.

Fixed the issue on my own. It will only allow you to downgrade after you put in credit card info.

Hi @Amin Maredia ,

Here’s the easiest way to switch off Premium and go back to Standard or Free on Jira Cloud:

  1. Log into Atlassian Admin
    Go to https://admin.atlassian.com and pick your site.
  2. Open Billing → Subscriptions
    In the left menu, click Billing, then Subscriptions.
  3. Find your Jira Software subscription
    You’ll see “Jira Software — Premium trial”.
  4. Click “Manage plan” (or the three-dot menu) → Change plan
  5. Select Standard or Free
    1. If you pick Free, you may lose some users/features.
    2. If you pick Standard, you keep basic Jira Software at the normal price.
  6. Confirm
    Hit Change plan (or Downgrade) and you’re done.

Tip: If the “Change plan” button is greyed out, first click End trial (you won’t be charged until your trial ends anyway), then repeat steps 4–6.

If you’re still stuck, make sure you’re a Site admin (Product admins can’t change billing), or raise a ticket via the “?” → Support menu in Jira.
