Different look of Select List (multiple choices) on create screen

Hi,

I'm using two different cloud instances: jiraformobica.atlassian.net and testmobica.atlassian.net/ and with the similar configuration a create screen looks differently, especially Select Lists (multiple choices) - see attached screenshots.

How can I set this look and feel?

I have similar issue: the same field looks differently depend on the screen: create issue screen contains the one line with dropdown list, but the screen by a workflow transition contains a simple multichoice field.

This old multi-choice box is almost useless, it is very difficult to select all the necessary items and not delete the previous selection.

I think the top is using old issue view possibly. It has been awhile since I looked at the old issue view. You can check this by clicking on the avatar and select personal settings Jira labs. Compare the two instances.

It's the new issue view in both...
