Different View Issue in JIRA core

jira Work Management.jpg Dear Team ,

We have purchase 10 license on Jira software and current we have approx. 100 old license on JIra work Management on same URL .

But when we are creating new project as Jira work management user its showing different view . Please help why this different.

Jira Software projects and Jira Work Management projects are intended to do different things in different ways (still issue tracking at their heart, but different processes for it), and hence look different.
