Different Layouts

Hi all,

since a few months we are working with Jira internally, in addition to this our supplier also has Jira we are working with, too. 

Now there are differences in the layout. Maybe you can help me, how to get our Jira-Layout (small topic and status not changeble in this view) the same the second one (bigger topic and the status can direclty be changed) is:

Hello Monika,

The views you provided are related to the New issue view and Old issue view designs.

That been said, to change your New issue view back to the old one and vice versa in JIRA Cloud you can perform the steps below:

- Click on your profile Picture > Personal Settings > Click to Turn-off or turn-on the New issue view lab feature:

That been said, the new issue view cannot be turned off on:

- New versions of JIRA Server

- Next-gen Projects of JIRA Cloud
