Take a look at this page as a starting point but @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- mentioned start by your requirements first and see which one out of cloud or DC is suitable for your requirements.

All versions of Jira are web-applications.

I assume you mean you are looking to compare Server/DC Jira with Cloud Jira?

There's no way to answer that question in the space we have here.  The differences are so numerous, it would be far easier to start from point of view that they are two different systems that are both issue trackers, ones that can work in very similar ways and have some compatible data, but that's about it.

What specifically are you looking for here?
