Hello! I use the Tempo plugin to generate reports on the time spent and I found an interesting problem: Initial conditions - there are two Jira users, each has the same time zone set on their PC, both have the same time zone set in their Jira profile. But when logging time, one user displays the time correctly, while the other has minus 10 hours from the current time (current time zone - GMT+3, Istanbul).
Maybe someone can tell me which of the settings can still affect the display of time, which is why this difference appears between the first and the second user? Thanks
Glad to be in this community. Yes, both users live in the same location, have the same location settings on the computer (Windows) and the same time zone in the Jira profile

@Sergey Kovalenko when you say Jira time zone are you referring to personal account time zone settings?

Thanks for the answer
Yes, I meant exactly these settings. They are the same for two users: the one whose Worklog displays the same time as logged in and the one whose time is displayed "minus 10 hours" from the one specified during logging.
Also, just in case, we checked the time zone on the computer, in the operating system, it also matches

@Sergey Kovalenko I am stumped as to what could be causing the issue. Have you opened a support issue with Tempo or Atlassian? They will be able to see what is happening on the instance.

Thank you for your help.
Yes, I contacted Tempo technical support, but unfortunately they could not help me, citing the specifics of Jira
"
I can see the worklog tab it shows minus 10 hours, however, when time tracking is set to Jira, this tab is recorded based on Jira, not Tempo, Tempo only referencing the timestamps from there.
in this case, I recommend to contact Atlassian to verify the timestamps issue on these two different computer/user."
