Attempting to setup JIRA Cloud login for the user account api_user@premier-us.net, however the verification email was not received (nor the "resend" of same). It wasn't in the Spam/Junk mail boxes either.
Could you check for an error on the sending side?
Please disregard. In review, the email inbox was only configured to receive email from other user's within the organization. This has been corrected.
