Did anyone integrated hockeyapp with Jira via webhooks?

I need to cross check jira and hockeyapp configuration. Tickets are not created automatically on Jira on crashes in hockeyapp.

What have you set up so far? You say "tickets are not created automatically", which makes it sound like you already have something running?

Yes I have configured hockeyapp which asks for Jira login etc. and created webhook in JIRA as per documentation available on web but even we encountered crashed tickets didn't created.

You'll need to look in the logs of the hockeyapp to find out why it's failing to create the issues.

I am unable to find those logs which have any information about it.Can you please tell where can I find that?

I don't know, I've never worked with hockeyapp.
