Dialog "Adding users to a role" - cannot distinguish users in the list

If we have many users with the same name and surname - it is impossible to distinguish them in the dropdown list of the "Adding users to a role":

JIRA - cannot identify User when adding to Role.png

It would be nice to have either a mouse tooltip or a statusbar hint.

Were can I suggest to make such an improvement? I mean - which project should I select at the jira.atlassian.com web-site?

PS: the same problem exists in other dialogs as well. E.g. Edit Component, dropdown field "Lead".
