Dialog Insert JIRA Task issues

Hey guys,

Confluence 5.1.4 and Jira Macro 5.0. On Win Pro 32 Bit evaluation system.

Issue 1: Dialog

Unfortunately, the buttons are no longer at their right place, but they still work.

Issue 2: "Kürzlich angezeigt" or recently viewed

It shows the issues, but they are not hyperlinked anymore.

In addtion, I used process monitor to evaulate the system and confluence / jira do have quite a few "path not found" exceptions. The connection between JIRA and Confluence works fine and the plugin throws no exceptions. My Issue 2 can be solved using the button while a task is highlighted. I thought those "recent viewed" tasks were hyperlinks, but I might mixed that up somehow.

However, Issue 1 still remains and cannot be solved by re- or new-installations of the 5.0 or 4.0.29. The dialog alignment can't be found and it seems to use an old or wrong one.
