Development tools not available in issue

Hi,

Since our last upgrade to Jira Server 8.15 the development tools section doesn't appear anymore when we open a issue (to be able to open a branch in bitbucket).

Jira<-application link->bitbucket - OK

jira<-project link->bitbucket - OK

I can also confirm user belongs to a role that has permissions for development tools.

Any idea?

Go to the admin console:

Cog -> Manage Apps -> in the dropdown select system plugins then check that the development one is enabled and its macros as well.
