Development Panel Question

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Viewing the Code Development Information for an Issue

Hi! I would like to know if it is possible to filter stories by values listed on Development Panel. For example I would like to get the list of stories that have Development information, and exclude those that do not have.
