June 29, 2023

Hi,
In Jira Software (DC) by Releases of a jira-project it does not display the information correctly for some users.
See the images.
This is not for all users.
It does not matter which browser is used.
The situation can also be simulated with the use of user-switcher(scriptrunner).

Does anyone have an explanation and/or solution?

regards, Marco

I checked it an can reproduce the error.
As you can see here, the users does not get the CSS information when requesting it from the page:

It is somehow related to agile_global_admin_condition=true

solution:  deactivate the Admin Toolbox for Jira - Add-On and perform a restart
