Desired transition (solved)

Hey,

I have created a board, where anyone can create an issue . No one can move an issue except the admin. There should be an exception that allows the author to move their issue from transition TO DO to DONE. Not even the admin is allowed to do this.
I have given the author and the admin permission to move issues. In my workflow I have tried to implement a transition between TO DO and DONE which has the condition that only the author can move there his issue. Can someone help me?

Hello @Onur Cevik 

Based on what you have shown, the only arrow pointing to Done is from To Do. Therefore the only way to get to Done is for the issue to be in the To Do status.

If you want to allow the Administrators to transition the issues to Done from any other status, then you need a transition like this:

Adding that creates this:

Add a Condition in the transition to allow it only for members of the Administrator role.

If you want to allow the Reporter to transition the issue from To Do to Done then you need to add this condition to the transition/arrow between the To Do and Done statuses.
