Description words for a custom field does not show in issue view

Description words for a custom field does not show in issue view

I have length description text attached to custom fields. An example of risk level field is below. When I create a new risk issue, my well thought out description text doesn't show after the risk has been created. Is there a configuration switch to show issue field description text ?

@andrew.edwards Description of a Field is only visible in Issue Edit View Screen.

You won't see the description while viewing the issue, Once you enter Edit view of issue you will see the description.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
