Description field does not wrap hence the systems fields are displayed below the comments

I'm guessing this is on the issue view?  Sounds like you've got some custom javascript breaking it somewhere, but there might be other causes - could you explain exactly when this is happening?  A screenshot would be useful

yes, this is in the issue view screen. When I go to a linked issue and use the browser back the page shows up properly.
