Department custom field

Hi Team,

 Is it possible to create a Department field, under the department drop down I should have team then team drop down I should have the team members(limited jira users).

Can we link up these kind of relationship using JIRA custom fields.

Right now we are able to generate the SLA report but in that reports i need to filter the assignee based on the department wise, can you suggest any alternate solutions using third party add-ons which will give this kind of functionality.

You can use either Power Scripts Live Fields or ScriptRunner behaviour. You would need to write some code.
