Is it possible to schedule a demo walkthrough of various features within Jira? (Specifically the Auto-Scheduler)

There's not a general place to request demos - although there are plenty of help guides (https://support.atlassian.com/), videos, and university learning pathways (https://university.atlassian.com/student/catalog) you could peruse. 

We might be able to find you a video or similar if you give us which specific features you're looking to review?

You mention auto-scheduler - do you mean using Automation to schedule activities?

That is correct, using the automation tool to schedule activities. If you'd be able to provide an in-depth video, displaying how to utilize this feature correctly; that would be great.
