Deletion of work log data.

My organisation is starting to use Tempo for managing timesheets.

The introduction of this will require me to put in place a policy on how long we keep certain data for.

Is there a facility on JIRA for housekeeping. i.e. if I wanted to implement delete all worklogs on closed projects greater than 2 years old and have that job run weekly or monthly is there a way of configuring this within Jira?

JIRA or Tempo doesn't have such a feature. But it wouldn't be hard to write a plugin to do that.
