Deleting an EPIC

I've seen the related questions about the topic including How to delete Epic thread. How to set the Delete issues permission? I can't find it in the admin console.

Delete issue permission is a permission in a permission scheme, this is not an option in the admin section.

So you need to see the permission scheme used on the space and which role, group or user is defined the Delete permission.

Or change the permission scheme.

Best practice is to not delete work items, but better to resolve them with a related resolution, on delete work items if they where created by mistake.
