we have deleted a test execution that been auto generated .is it any way to see the deleted plan or retrieve it ?

Once the issue is deleted, it's gone for good. There's no way to retrieve it.
[ Unless you had an add-on to manage the deleted issues. ]
Restrict the Delete Issue Permission to limited people from now on!!
