Hi,

I created a new board which is related to a project, but there are many old bugs in the Done column and on the Backlog column, I want to remove them from the board and make it clean.

Do I have a way to that and not one by one?

Thanks

Use the "release" button, to clear out "done".

If you want to simulate a release without doing it, first check that your board definition has something like "version = unreleased" in the sub-filter (the second one at the bottom), then go to "find issues" and search for

  • Things on your board
  • Things in the right hand column (look at the status included in the column in the board config)
  • Select "bulk edit" from the tools menu, and use "edit" to set a version on them (bulk edit lets you deselect issues from the list, so it's more precise than the release button, which simply does everything)

You can use the same process to remove things in any status.
