Delete media from https://api.media.atlassian.com/file/

I have attachment to a confluence Page. I deleted the attachment, from the page. The link of the attachment -https://api.media.atlassian.com/file/ ..... on the browser still shows the file. How can I delete the file located at https://api.media.atlassian.com/file/
