Delete an edited template user

I had a user synched with microsoft active directory. The name was "jack". I changed the name in active directory to "b.jack". After synchronize in users section I have only the new "b.jack". But in dashboard and projects I have "jack" and "b.jack" which the user "jack" is useless.

How can delete "jack"?

Hi,

I would like to suggest you to clone your current ldap configuration in your confluence, and make sure it synchronized, then delete the the old configuration, see it the issue fix.

If the issue persists, could you please tell us more about your ldap configuration?(like type, connector or delegated, read only or read and write etc)
