Hello,
I would like to delete my Atlassian account, but I am unable to do so.
When I try to delete the account, the system shows the message:
"You can't delete your account because the user is the last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements."
Because of this, I cannot complete the deletion myself.
Could Atlassian support please help remove the remaining entitlement or billing admin role so I can delete my Atlassian account?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
When did you cancel your subscriptions?
It can take some time for Atlassian to fully process cancellation requests. After requesting cancellation your subscriptions remain active until the next billing date. Then they are put into an Inactive state. The data is held for a period of time in case you change your mind and want to reactivate it. And then finally it is permanently deleted.
Until it is permanently deleted you may still be considered the billing admin for an account.

Check in admin.atlassian.com , for any product paid subscription where you are the billing admin. You can change it to another user or cancel the subscription before you proceed to delete

I have already canceled the subscription and downgraded to the Free plan, but I still cannot delete my Atlassian account because it says I am the last billing admin with active entitlements.
Could you please advise how I can contact Atlassian support to have this entitlement removed, or could someone from Atlassian assist with this?

As you are in free plan, atlassian support wouldnt involve. :(
If you do not want this free site, i would recommend you to delete the organization before deleting your user account
