Delete Account

I need to delete my account and any links to Atlassian.

At the moment I don't want to continue with the product and I need to delete everything related to my email.

But i receive this message:

Your account can't be deleted because:

User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements.
User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more non-cancelled subscriptions.

You will need to switch the billing account user, or can cel your complete subscription

Hi Andrey,

You should open a support ticket with Atlassian to get them to help you resolve it. Use the Billing option.
