Delay start of Jira after reboot

Hi

I have a problem which my selfhosted Jira Applcation. It is together with Confluence and Bitbucket on an small server. There is no problem to let them running parallel, but in the startup process they need very much power. So sometimes Jira crashes during startup. Now I want to delay the startup of Jira for 2 or 3 minutes. How can I do it an an ubunutu 18.04 machine?
