Default value in "Team" based on user profile who is creating the story or bug, during creation.

Hi,

Looking for a way to default the value in "Team" field when user creates the user story or bug. The value should be defaulted with the Team to which the Story, bug creator belongs to. If creator belongs to multiple Team then default to any team. If no team assigned to the creator then keep blank.
