I have messed up the JIRA Default software scheme by removing all the "Any Logged In User", does Atlassian has the way to reset it to factory default?

Hi @principalsea

Not that I'm aware of - you'll need to re-add the permissions manually.

If it helps in our org, these are the only permissions any logged in user does NOT have:

  • Administer Projects
  • Delete Issues
  • Modify Reporter
  • Set Issue Security
  • Manage Watchers
  • Delete All Comments
  • Edit All Comments
  • Delete All Attachments
  • Delete All Worklogs
  • Edit All Worklogs

^ That means all other permissions are available to them. Can't guarantee this is the default though, we do have rules around deletion where we prefer users don't delete issues, for example.

There are also some good screenshots in this answer.
