How do I set a default reporter for all the ticket created on a project?
You cannot set a default reporter, it will aways be set to the person that clicked the create button by default. You can manually change that when creating the issue, or have an automation that changes it after the issue has been created.
You'll need to use Automation for this - for example:
You could also add a Condition if needed - for example, if this is only relevant to a specific issue type.
