Default issue type for Epic's child issue

Default issue type for Epic's child issue

Hello,

When creating a child issue for an epic, the default issue type is set to Task. Is there a way to change this to Story?

Hi @Katarina Puchrikova ,

Go to the issue type scheme that is used in your jira-project and you change the order of the options. When you put Story above Task, issuetype Story will be default.
