Default field (description) content for company managed project

Hi There,

our project is setup as a company managed project. Is there any way how can we add a default text to 'Description' field when creating a new bug but only in that project. We don't want to see the default text in any other projects.

Is that possible?

Hi Michal - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

no, that is not possible with a system level field like description. You would need to create a new customfield, which can be of a paragraph type, and then set a context for that new customfield, or the project you want to include it with. And you can set the default for the new customfield, and it will only show for that project.
