"Default fields" doesn't make sense, but the rest of the question explains what you mean.

Those fields are system fields, built-in. Two of them are not even strictly fields, they are structural requirements that all issues need.

JIRA does not number system fields, only custom ones. The "numbers" for the three system fields you have there are:

summary
description
